The week can get so hectic. Between work, family, appointments, and social time, sometimes we can feel lost. At times, when this happens we lose track of who we are, what we want, where we're going, and become blind to understanding purpose of all the hard work we're putting in.
I've been there enough times to know that this is an inevitable part of life, and sometimes it's okay to feel lost.
In times like these, when I'm feeling down, the first thing to go out the window is the motivation to take care of myself.
Though, what if I let go of those questions and for a few minutes just give myself to feel unmotivated?
You've worked hard.
Lay in bed. Read. Listen to your favorite album. Watch a good movie. For a moment, just sit with yourself, and be.
Today, I'll give myself permission to unwind from the week.
