Each morning I create a gratitude list.

In doing this, it allows me to feel more empowered, become more present, and makes my day a little more colorful than it might have been. No matter how big or how minuscule, there are so many things we can be grateful for.


Today, I'm grateful for:

My family
My house
My long drive to work to gather my thoughts
Good coffee
My sobriety
