What do you find yourself thinking about the most?

Do you spend your days worrying about the future? Finances? Struggle to trouble finding the perfect, work-life balance?

Here's the thing: You should aim to make your work fulfilling and meaningful, and not something to balance against your life. Your life should be everything. Your family, friends, health, and sobriety should take priority.

Often times, we find ourselves "wanting" that next item. Society tells us to work harder, smarter, and the pressure to get the job done faster keeps the anxiety and the pressure a perpetual stressor.

But what do we truly need? Can we stop listening to the outer world that create a facade of an inner voice?


Today, I'll assess my thoughts. What are my wants? What are my needs? How do they differ?
